ALOS Worl 3D database aka "AW3D" offers one the most accurate terrain data all over the world. This altimetric data collected from the ALOS-1 mission between 2006 and 2011 delivers an outstanding 3D terrain model up to 2,5 meter resolution and less thatn 7 meters vertical accuracy.
